Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately ( within 24 hours). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to cancel it.

How do I change something on my order?

You can make changes to your order by emailing us within 24 hours of placing it. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How can I track my orders?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can utilize our easy integrated tracking system on our website as well.

You can also track your package with your local's post office tracking system (if available).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it's placed. Be sure to enter your discount code before completing your purchase.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

When will my order ship? 

Our products usually ship within 5-7 business days! However, shipping could take a longer time if we have a lot of orders due to a new launch product or sale! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.  

Can I return my items?

We will gladly replace any damaged item due to shipping. You can exchange for the same product you have purchased within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team at aaron@pridepalace.lgbt for additional assistance. Please include a photo of your damaged item so we can assist you quicker. 

How long does it take to process my refund?

After we receive your request and determined that you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours. It will take 5-7 days for the refund amount to appear on your original payment method.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift for your loved ones. You can purchase them directly on our website.

How do I join your rewards or loyalty program?

We have a rewards program that lets you earn points for purchases, referrals, and more! You can sign up directly on our website and start earning right away. Click the light purple gift icon on the bottom right corner!
